This week it been released the new album of Arcade Fire. After so long waiting for something new of this Canadian band now we can enjoy The Suburbs. The video is from the single Month of May that for sure will be a great hit this year.
Esta semana ha salido a la venta el tercer disco de Arcade FireThe Suburbs, un trabajo que estábamos esperando desde hace casi dos años. Aquí tenemos unos de los pocos vídeos que hay en directo en los que podemos ver y oir el single Month of May ya que hasta ahora no hay video oficial.
As many cities Guadalajara is trying to show that bikes can live along with cars and that is possible to be part of traffic while enjoying another way of transport. Every first wednesday of each month some people meets at Palacio del Infantado to bike around for a little while. This week was my first time in Bici Crítica Guadalajara, or whatever the name is, and I can tell that it has something different than the ones in Madrid or Alcalá that I’ve been to. This is a quite relaxing tour because no one starts fighting with any cars, thanks to drivers patience too, and also thanks to Guadalajara special urban geography you can feel that is more than a bike ride. I was invited by Titolón, his first time too, and he really enjoyed the time saying at the end that he might buy a bike soon.
Como en muchos otros sitios en Guadalajara también se organiza una quedada en bici para demostrar que formamos parte del tráfico urbano. Todos los miércoles primeros de mes la gente se reúne en el Palacio del Infantado sobre las 20:00 para dar una vuelta con más ciclistas. Esta era mi primera vez en Guada y a diferencia de otras que conozco como Alcalá o Madrid esta es mucho más tranquila. Se nota que era agosto y había poquita gente, pero lo bueno es que no es tan alborotada, la gente tiene disciplina de pelotón y no hay tanto jaleo con los conductores, gracias a su paciencia también es cierto. Titolón fue quien me invitó a ir siendo esa también su primera vez y al terminar con la típica ingesta de cerveza decidió que se va a comprar una bici y empezar a pedalear más a menudo.

Hoy empieza la aventura que comenzó en navidades cuando planeamos hacer algo en bici. Todo listo, las bicis preparadas y dispuestos a pedalear durante 8 días unos 500 km.

Un día el gordo ya se grabó en bici mientras iba al trabajo en Amsterdam para que viéramos el bonito paseo tiene entre árboles y nieve. Un día me decidí a grabar también mi camino en bici al trabajo, pero en Tucson a las 8.00 am. para contrastar la diferencia. Cambian el bosque por asfalto y coches enormes y la nieve por un sol infernal y ya lo tienes, así 9 meses al año mi paseo diario a la Universidad.

El pasado día 6 fue el cumple de nuestro britpoperro más famoso (aun que no comente se sabe que pasa por el blog a menudo) y queremos felicitarle. Hoy lo celebra y sabiendo que faltará gente importante para él, seguro que los que seamos podremos disfrutar de la fiesta con él.
Aquí está el vídeo, que seguro que ya todo el mundo ha visto, su momento de fama mostrando cómo es su vida ahora desde que fue a Tucson. Una vez más y desde aquí merece la pena verlo para comprobar que está tan chino como siempre.

Hey all, last July 6th was chino’s birthday, our more famous britpopfriend, even he never comment in any post we well know that he stops by here very often. Today is the day that we all are going with him to celebrate his twenty-ish birthday, he will miss some more people, for sure, but we will do our best to enjoy the night.
Here we have the video that I am pretty sure everybody knows already, but one more time isn’t enought to realize that since he left Alcalá to start a new life in Tucson, he is still as Chino as always.
