Pues para no cambiar de tema, seguimos con las nenas que hacen POP tranquilito. Ya hemos hablado antes en este blog de Gerogia Fields, una cantante australiana con un sonido folk melancólico, en la línea de Feist y Russian Red, que también me recuerda a Cocorosie y Belle&Sebastian.
El caso es que acaba de presentar su nuevo single, que podéis escuchar en su MySpace y comprar en iTunes. También he encontrado un vídeo de su anterior single. La foto la hizo mi colega Will en la presentación del single. ¡Espero que os guste!
In line with our previous debate about Russian Red, a Spanish song writer who makes relaxed POP with melancholic folk touches, we are going to talk about Gerogia Fields. You might remember her from previous posts, but in case you don’t, she is an Australian singer with a lovely voice. You’ll like her music if you like Feist or the aforementioned Russian Red. Her music also reminds me of Cocorosie and Belle&Sebastian.
She recently launched a new single. You can listen to it in her MySpace and is available to download in iTunes. I’ve pasted a video of her first single. The above picture was taken by my mate Will in the presentation of the single. Enjoy!
