Long overdue, here is the tale of the 2008 BPC dinner!

Somehow we managed to make this year’s dinner even better than on previous years. Everybody looked stylish and chic, the food was excellent and the wine… I don’t really remember. Good thing our pal Germán took pictures (you can see all of them in Flickr)

Our friends at El Gato de Tres Patas prepared an exellent dinner, a good combination of Spanish traditional and nouvelle cuisine. We drank plenty of Enate, a personal favorite and had to catch up. After all, we are quite an international bunch (there were 12 of us, and we live in Mexico, USA, UK, The Netherlands, Germany and, of course, Spain). We also had new friends who joined us for the first time: Ever, his sister Coca, Adri and Germán.

We drank plenty of wine, and we enjoyed the lovely food. It was a great night spent among friends, old and new alike. After dinner we went to La Panadería, were Ruebenst DJed a wee bit. Later, we waited for the twilight drinking the last few beers in the park in Alcalá.
